SheSTEM signs MoU with East Delta University for enhancing employability of Female STEM Graduates

SheSTEM has entered into a strategic partnership with East Delta University through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on September 9, 2024. This collaboration focuses on increasing the participation of female STEM graduates in the industry, addressing the significant gender gap in STEM fields within Bangladesh.

The MoU was signed by Bijon Islam, Chief Executive Officer of LightCastle Partners, and Rawnak Afroze, Assistant Professor at the School of Business Administration, East Delta University.

On September 17, 2024, representatives from LightCastle Partners were welcomed by East Delta University for discussions with faculty over lunch, outlining the scope of SheSTEM and formally launching the strategic partnership.

East Delta University (EDU), a dynamic, not-for-profit private institution in Chittagong, is committed to academic excellence and leadership development through its undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Approved by the Government of Bangladesh and UGC, EDU is focused on delivering quality education, lifelong learning, and fostering global engagement.
