Redefining Career Readiness: SheSTEM Job Fair 2025 at AUST 

On a vibrant day of 14th September at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), SheSTEM joined hands with Excellence Bangladesh and the AUST Programming and Informatics Club (PIC) to host the Job Fair 2025—a transformative initiative aimed at bridging the gap between academia and industry, with a strong focus on empowering women in STEM.

The fair was more than just a recruitment event—it was a movement. Employers from leading organizations engaged with visionary students, offering insights into career pathways across tech, engineering, data science, and beyond. 

Empowering Women in STEM 

At the heart of the fair was SheSTEM’s mission: career knows no gender. Special attention was given to promoting inclusive recruitment practices, ensuring that women in STEM felt seen, heard, and supported. From resume-building workshops to mentorship circles, the event created safe spaces for dialogue and growth.
